If you have made a synchronization operation after you have made the deletion then it is not recoverable.
If not, you may check your synchronization directory (through the link with name "Sheets" on Addition4Palm's group menu on the Start Menu) for the name of the deleted sheet . It will not be a wk1 file extension but a dlw file extension. You may rename it to .wk1.
